Welcome to the Terminal 5 Improvements Project online open house.

The Port of Seattle, acting as the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Lead Agency, is conducting an environmental review of proposed changes to Terminal 5. This review is being documented in an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The project proponents are the Port of Seattle and the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA), a marine cargo partnership between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma.

A Draft EIS was released on May 23, 2016 for the community’s review and comment. The comment period closed on Friday, July 8 at 4:00 PM. To view all comments submitted during the Draft EIS comment period, please visit the Library page. The Port of Seattle will review and provide response to all comments received during the Draft EIS public comment period in the Final EIS. The Final EIS is tentatively scheduled to be issued late summer 2016.
